About This Role You will be the vital administrative support for our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily practice and directly contributing to our clients' positive experience. You'll own the critical details that keep our cases moving forward, from meticulous calendar management to preparing essential documents and managing client communications. Your efforts will free up the attorney to focus on high-level legal strategy and client consultations, directly impacting our capacity to serve more families in Yakima. What You'll Be Responsible For
- Maintaining an impeccably organized calendar for all meetings, hearings, mediations, and trials, ensuring the attorney is always prepared and on schedule.
- Efficiently managing client consultations, including thorough conflict checks, gathering necessary information, and accurately quoting fees to potential clients.
- Ensuring all client electronic files are meticulously updated and complete, proactively retrieving and organizing documents from court portals.
- Handling all incoming payments and daily bank deposits with precision, meticulously tracking funds in Clio and our financial spreadsheets.
- Proactively managing office supplies and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment for our team and clients.
- Drafting and proofreading legal documents with a keen eye for detail, utilizing templates and software to produce accurate and polished work.
- Providing critical research and investigation support for cases, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to gather necessary information.
- Preparing comprehensive presentations, trial binders and court orders, ensuring all materials are perfectly organized and ready for the attorney.
- Organizing client provided documents into digital file.
- Delivering documents to designated locations.
- Following up with existing clients, managing potential new client pipelines and communicating with potential new clients
- Using scripts to handle calls with potential new clients and book consultations. Who This Is For
