Administrative Assistant

This full-time Administrative Assistant opportunity offers competitive pay of $20

  • 25 per hour, a Monday-Friday schedule, and the chance to support an established operation with a variety of administrative, document management, scheduling, and office responsibilities. If you are highly organized, comfortable with Microsoft Office, and enjoy keeping information and people organized, we want to hear from you! Pay & Schedule $20
  • 25 per hour, based on experience Monday-Friday schedule between the hours of 6am-3pm Full-time position Long-term opportunity with an established company Primarily office-based work within a power plant environment What You'll Be Doing Provide administrative and operational support to the site management and planning teams Maintain organized electronic and physical document management systems Manage confidential records, safety documentation, compliance documents, and other important site records Accurately enter and maintain data across multiple computer systems Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets, indexes, manuals, procedures, forms, and other office resources Maintain technical document libraries and ensure information is current and easily accessible Track document updates, revisions, and compliance requirements Assist with organizing site-specific procedures, work methods, forms, and other professional documents Support SharePoint pages, documents, and automated workflows Help prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external audits Coordinate meetings and site events, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and on-site support Maintain calendars and schedules and prepare professional correspondence Create operational documents, forms, flyers, visuals, and indexes Provide general administrative, clerical, and office support as needed Communicate professionally and effectively with employees and departments at various levels of the organization What We're Looking For Two-year degree in any field Minimum of 3 years of related administrative or professional office experience Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience working with spreadsheets, data entry, document management, and electronic filing systems Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team Experience with SharePoint is preferred Experience in administrative or customer service work is a plus Must be comfortable working primarily in an office environment within a power plant setting Must be able to regularly sit and communicate by phone or in person; position also requires occasional standing, walking, reaching, and use of hands and fingers Why You'll Love This Job Competitive pay of $20•25 per hour Monday-Friday schedule Full-time, long-term opportunity Variety of administrative and professional office responsibilities Opportunity to utilize and build skills in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, document management, and data management Work with a professional team in an important operational environment Apply Today Apply today to be considered for this Administrative Assistant opportunity!
