Tasting Room Associate Danzinger Vineyards is looking for an outgoing, dependable Tasting Room Associate to join our team. Our tasting room staff are the face of our brand, and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people and takes pride in creating a great experience for every guest. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position. A positive attitude, strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness are important. We're looking for someone who can stay upbeat when we're busy, jump in wherever needed and help maintain the welcoming atmosphere our guests expect.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests and providing friendly, attentive service
• Serving wine, beer and other beverages
• Learning our wines and helping guests with selections
• Operating our point-of-sale system and handling transactions
• Preparing and serving food
• Keeping the tasting room, bar and guest areas clean and organized
• Restocking and assisting with opening and closing duties
• Providing bar service for weddings and special events
• Working closely with the rest of our team to keep service running smoothly What we're looking for: Someone who is energetic, friendly and comfortable talking with people.

You should be dependable, willing to learn and able to work efficiently in a busy environment without sacrificing the guest experience. Weekend and evening availability is important, particularly during our wedding and event season. Previous hospitality, restaurant, bar or customer service experience is helpful, but we're happy to train the right person.
