Job Description
Overview We are a busy real estate office seeking a confident, organized Office Assistant to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. If you enjoy working with people, take pride in staying organized, and are comfortable working independently at times, this could be a great fit. Our team consists of four active brokers who are frequently in and out of the office throughout the day. We are looking for someone who can keep things on track behind the scenes - maintaining an organized workspace, ensuring files are accurate and up to date, and creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Some days will be fast-paced and demanding, while others may offer a quieter rhythm. We are looking to fill the hours between 10:00am and 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls with professionalism. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and related tools. Organize and maintain files, documents, and office systems. Monitor and restock office supplies as needed. Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely and helpful manner. Assist with document preparation, proofreading, and general administrative support. Qualifications Prior office experience with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Google Workspace. Strong communication skills and professional phone presence; bilingual abilities are a plus. Comfortable with general office technology, including multi-line phone systems. Experience in real estate or an administrative support role is helpful but not required. Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and stay composed in a dynamic environment. We offer a supportive, team-oriented environment where your organizational skills and initiative will make a meaningful impact. This role also provides an opportunity to learn more about the real estate industry and grow professionally over time.
