Qualifications & Experience:
Current teaching certification in Special Education (or ability to obtain) Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher or Case Manager preferred Understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational abilities to effectively manage caseloads Commitment to creating inclusive learning environments
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of students' IEPs as Case Manager Collaboratively plan and deliver individualized instruction to students with diverse needs Monitor student progress and adjust supports as needed Serve as a primary contact for families, providing updates and resources Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state/federal regulations Collaborate with general education staff, therapists, and administrators
