Job Description

Administrative Assistant Catalyst Consulting Group, LLC is a public accounting firm located in Green Bay, WI. We are looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our team and are excited to find the right individual who fits our culture and can provide our clients with a fantastic customer experience. The successful candidate will perform a wide array of administrative functions while interfacing with clients and coworkers. Must be versatile and organized in a professional environment. This position supports a team of tax and accounting staff. Includes handling of highly sensitive, confidential material. Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner Greet clients, assist with their specific needs and provide great customer service Schedule and coordinate meetings Assemble, track and electronically file tax and accounting documents Scan documents, data entry and manage incoming and outgoing mail Assist with new client set up and prepare correspondence such as proposal and engagement letters Maintain and manage office supplies and equipment Coordinate office events and lunches Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common spaces within the office Run miscellaneous office errands Other administrative projects as needed
Education and Experience:
Associate's or Business Administration degree preferred, but not required Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a professional services environment Strong administrative office skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience in accounting practice software is a plus
Qualifications:
Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment Highly organized and detail oriented Efficient with time and processes Willing to learn and be challenged Able to work independently Able to professionally communicate with clients and staff
Work Schedule:
Full-time. Work schedule is typically M-F, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. with some flexibility on hours; our office does close early on Fridays in the summer months Individual hired for this role would need to be available to work for a few hours on most Saturdays during tax season (January - April) If you would love to be part of a top-notch team and work environment, we want to hear from you!
