Full Job Description Front Office Assistant Status:
Full Time Location:
Greenfield, WI Come join our team of Banking Professionals in Southeastern Wisconsin, and see the difference in working for a local, community Bank!
Job Duties Include:
Answer the telephone, forward telephone calls to specific individuals, take written messages when necessary and relay accurate information to proper persons. Assist when needed to clarify clients' questions and determine who would best handle their inquiry. Greet incoming visitors. Inform staff members of arrival of appointment. Sign for deliveries from vendors. Inform recipient of delivery. Each morning responsibilities include sorting mail for Corporate staff; including interoffice mail. Each evening interoffice mail is sorted by location and placed in a secure area. Perform secretarial duties, such as typing, any type of clerical work, and special projects for Human Resources, Training, and any other area as requested. Solicit staff for weekly schedule. Create and update weekly staff calendar. Schedule conference rooms and maintain appointment calendar. Understand and promote Bank products and services. Process client transactions accurately and efficiently according to Bank Policy and Procedures. Have the ability to perform all operational duties in the absence of a Supervisor. Conduct all client and account verification requirements as stated to ensure the safety of the Bank and the client. Provide support to Financial Advisor through clerical work, appointment confirmations, marketing and other tasks as assigned.
What we are looking for:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous telephone experience helpful. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Good attendance record. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills necessary to conduct relationships to enhance the professional image of the Bank.
