The purpose of the Temp Outreach Admin Support position is to support the day-to-day operations of our dental outreach program, supporting our patients, employees and communities This role will be responsible for providing dedicated administrative and operational support to the Outreach Manager and Dental Outreach Teams, helping with day-to-day administrative tasks to maintain organization and ensure teams have the resources and support they need to operate effectively. They will be responsible for providing reliable support with administrative tasks, scheduling, documentation, and other operational needs as needed to help teams stay prepared and supported.
Essential Job Functions Essential Job Duties:
Support the Outreach Manager with day-to-day operations within the program (paperwork processing, bagging up toothbrushes, etc.). Coordinate/participate in projects as needed at the discretion of the Outreach Manager. Organize and update program forms, spreadsheets, and databases. Assist with preparing, organizing, and distributing supplies and materials as needed. Data entry. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive PHI appropriately.
Qualifications Minimum Education Required:
High School Diploma required.
Years of Required Experience:
1 year preferred Experience with systems, computer applications/software: N/A Required (or Preferred)
