full-time Account Manager - Personal Lines Harrison Gray Search has partnered with a leading independent insurance agency to find a skilled Personal Lines Account Manager for their Hudson or Eau Claire, Wisconsin office. In this role, you will work side-by-side with a dedicated team of agents to deliver exceptional customer service and account support to personal lines clients. Hudson, WI or Eau Claire, WI (On-site / Non-Remote)
Compensation:
$45,000-$55,000 annually, based on experience
Key Responsibilities Market Placement:
Prepare submissions and market new and renewal business to appropriate insurance carriers.
Client Support:
Act as the primary contact for day-to-day inquiries, coverage recommendations, and service issues for assigned accounts.
Quoting & Analysis:
Quote, analyze, and compare coverage options to provide tailored recommendations and collect client exposure data.
Account Maintenance:
Keep the agency management system meticulously updated with accurate client and policy information.
Liaison & Advocacy:
Serve as the bridge between clients, vendors, and carriers to resolve complex issues and streamline processes.
Pipeline Management:
Manage renewal timelines to ensure timely execution and track open issues to keep both agents and clients informed.
Documentation:
Prepare insurance summaries, renewal documents, schedules, and proposals while reviewing policies for accuracy.
Sales Support:
Assist producers with new and renewal business presentations as needed.
Relationship Building:
Foster long-term client relationships through proactive communication and by educating clients on coverage options and industry trends.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
1+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.
Industry Expertise:
Strong understanding of personal insurance products, rating structures, and underwriting procedures.
Technical Skills:
Experience using insurance agency management systems and carrier quoting platforms.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to

Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
Self-Motivated:
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team. License & Certification Requirements Valid Wisconsin driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
