Administrative Assistant Pay:
$20.00-$25.00/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records within company systems Provide administrative support to internal departments and team members Maintain organized filing systems, including electronic and paper documents Process paperwork, reports, and departmental documentation Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and customer or vendor communications Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documents using Microsoft Office Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of administrative, office support, or related experience Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
KEY SKILLS
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, data entry accuracy, customer service, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. #INSEP2026
