Full Time Reports to: Maintenance Manager Job Summary The Maintenance Technician installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs production and facility equipment to support safe, reliable operations. The role performs preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, and rapid breakdown response; diagnoses root causes; and completes mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs while documenting all work. Using manuals, drawings, and schematics, the technician installs, modifies, and tests equipment in compliance with safety, lockout/tagout, and PPE requirements, partnering with Production and Engineering to reduce downtime and improve reliability. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Diagnosing equipment failures and determining root causes Read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics Install, modify, and test machinery and equipment Perform routine inspections and maintain maintenance records Respond promptly to breakdowns and production emergencies Ensure compliance with safety standards, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and PPE requirements Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives Qualifications and Requirements Technical diploma, trade certification, or equivalent experience in maintenance or engineering Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a factory or industrial environment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Knowledge of industrial safety standards and maintenance best practices Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days or nights), overtime, and weekends as required Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and handling equipment up to 50 lbs. regularly Utilize strong hand-eye coordination for precision repairs and maintenance Experience with PLCs, automation systems, and control panels Knowledge of HVAC, boilers, compressors, or utility systems Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Welding and/or fabrication skills Experience using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Working Conditions Exposure to loud noise (hearing protection required) Seasonal temperature changes Personal protective equipment (PPE) required for certain tasks Safety-toe footwear required on the production floor Food-grade environment requiring adherence to hygiene standards Work carried out around moving equipment and forklift trafficJob Title:

Full Time Reports to: Maintenance Manager Job Summary The Lead Maintenance Technician oversees daily maintenance operations, leading and supporting technicians and assistants to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production. This role assigns and prioritizes work orders based on production needs; provides advanced troubleshooting and repair across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; and oversees preventive and predictive maintenance programs. The position ensures compliance with safety regulations, lockout/tagout, and PPE requirements; reviews completed work for quality and accuracy; coordinates with Production, Engineering, and contractors; and maintains CMMS records and reports. The supervisor also trains, mentors, and evaluates team members while supporting equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
