A leading biotechnology company in Janesville, WI is seeking a Site Admin Assistant to cover a leave of absence through the end of April 2027. In this role, you'll be the administrative backbone of the site - coordinating training compliance, supporting daily operational meetings, managing document control processes, and handling a wide range of employee and site support functions. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on structure, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. What You'll Do Coordinate site training activities, including assigning Workday trainings, tracking compliance requirements, and verifying completion of mandatory regulatory training
Facilitate and moderate daily operational meetings, plant meetings, and communication activities to keep departments aligned and ensure timely follow-up on action items
Maintain documentation control processes, including managing document revisions, initiating approval workflows, and monitoring overdue documents within the document control system
Administer employee support and administrative programs, including payroll coordination, reimbursement processing, new hire onboarding, and timekeeping verification
Manage site administrative operations, including invoices, badge access requests, compliance notifications, office supplies, and correspondence What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of administrative, office coordination, or related experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidential information Nice to Have Experience with training coordination, recordkeeping, or onboarding activities
