Job Description

Position Overview Join our team as a Program Account Manager, where you will support and assist the Operations Departments with the ongoing management of all contract insurance program accounts and TPA. You will also provide support to Accounting, Marketing, and Management with data, payment support, and program-related communication. This role reports to the Manager of Account Management and may report to other management members during high workload periods. Responsibilities Communicate project information on all new program account projects. Verify that all projects have signed authorization forms and assist in procuring signed authorizations when required. Input data on program account customers from field service documents, including estimator project notes and relevant source documents, using appropriate estimating and information systems. Maintain program loss communications protocols such as Xactware, MICA and other specialty program loss protocols required by insurance companies, customers, and management. Notify the branch of any missing documentation that would prevent the project from proceeding to billing and payment. Serve as a communications liaison between branch staff and insurance carrier claims representatives and/or claims review departments. Upload or forward project information to the appropriate parties within established time frames, in conjunction with the project manager. Prepare company billing source documents for processing by the Accounting department. Complete various special projects for Management and Branch staff as needed in a timely and quality manner.
Duties:
Use multiple computer software programs. Provide assistance during branch catastrophe events. Manage multiple program files efficiently. Communicate effectively with branch staff and insurance company representatives. Participate in meetings related to program files for the department, company, TPA company, and branch. Establish rapport with all company departments, clients, vendors, and affiliates. Train new hires, conduct branch training, and peer training as needed. Conduct peer reviews for inter-department employees. Complete data reports as needed or requested. Stay updated on all new and existing program requirements and guidelines. Utilize provided tools to complete uploads properly and efficiently. Problem-solve and brainstorm techniques, issues, and customer service matters with multiple departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in multiple computer software programs. Flexibility to assist during high workload periods and catastrophe events. Ability to manage multiple program files simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to establish rapport with various stakeholders. $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
