Robert Half is partnering with a financial services firm in the recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, manage billing processes, and ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and updating administrative policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines and project milestones are met.
  • Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and suggest practical solutions.
