We are hiring a Contract Clerical/Administrative Support worker at the WI Madison MRF in Madison, WI.
Job Details Pay:
$19.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, approximately 8:30 AM-12:30
PM Hours:
15-20 hours/week
Contract:
September 28, 2026 - January 25, 2027

GED Interview:
Manager would like to review resumes and conduct interviews. Job Duties Provide clerical and administrative support to managers. Maintain reports, records, and department information. Create and close customer/service tickets. Assist with scheduling and employee work assignments. Communicate with supervisors, managers, employees, and customers. Enter and maintain data using company software. Assist with timekeeping, safety, procurement, and contract labor tasks. Support payment processing and other administrative tasks. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma/GED. Basic computer and keyboarding skills. Ability to communicate professionally. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. No specific certifications required.
