Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Specialist to join our team! DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and distribute all incoming customer calls.
- Greet and monitor incoming visitors to Dramm Corporation.
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages.
- Sort incoming mail and distribute accordingly.
- File paperwork as needed.
- Update Outlook and Google Slides.
- Prepare international mail and packages with proper paperwork for shipment.
- Order supplies for the mailroom and replenish the stock when needed.
- Administrative duties.
- Back up customer service when needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs.
- Ability to work in a TEAM environment.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least two years of related experience preferred but not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to sit in the stationary position at least 75% of the time.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
