Touchstone Living Care - Mayville is a warm, home-like 10-bed Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) dedicated to providing personalized, resident-centered care in a close-knit environment. We are currently seeking a Working Assistant Administrator to join our leadership team. This unique role combines hands-on resident care with administrative responsibilities, making it ideal for a compassionate leader who enjoys supporting both residents and staff while helping ensure the daily operations of the community run smoothly. Job Overview The Assistant Administrator is a working leadership position responsible for providing direct resident care while assisting the Administrator with the daily management and operation of the Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF). This position works scheduled caregiver and medication administration shifts alongside another caregiver while also completing administrative responsibilities throughout the shift. The Assistant Administrator is expected to remain actively involved in resident care but may temporarily step off the floor to complete required administrative duties, regulatory compliance tasks, family communication, physician coordination, staffing responsibilities, or other operational needs. At all times, sufficient floor coverage must remain to ensure resident safety and continuity of care. This position serves as the Administrator's designee during assigned shifts and is expected to lead by example while promoting quality care, regulatory compliance, teamwork, and professionalism. Working Supervisor Expectations This position is considered a working supervisor. The Assistant Administrator is expected to: Work scheduled caregiver shifts. Provide direct resident care throughout the shift. Complete medication administration as assigned. Lead by example through active participation in resident care. Step away from the floor as necessary to complete administrative responsibilities, provided resident care coverage remains adequate. Return to the floor immediately if resident care needs require assistance. Required Qualifications Meets Wisconsin DHS 83 qualifications for an Assistant Administrator. Previous experience in assisted living, CBRF, RCAC, skilled nursing, or healthcare. Experience as a caregiver and medication aide. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of Wisconsin DHS 83 regulations. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask effectively. Strong problem-solving skills. Computer proficiency.
