S_180297 Spherion WI & Northern IL is hiring an On-site Recruiter in Dodge County, WI.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and building strong relationships while directly impacting daily operations by connecting top talent with high-volume hiring needs. As an On-site Recruiter, you'll help manage the full recruiting lifecycle right from the client's facility. You will handle candidate sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, employee retention, and a variety of operational responsibilities. You'll serve as the primary link between candidates, client management, and our staffing team, creating a positive experience while ensuring daily workforce needs are met. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our client's facility in Dodge County, WI. Standard working hours are generally 8:00 AM
- 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM
- 4:00 PM, Friday's with occasional flexibility needed based on shift coverage and operational demands.

- Serve as the main on-site contact for candidates, employees, and client supervisors.
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for open roles.
- Manage high-volume job postings, community outreach, and sourcing campaigns.
- Lead facility walkthroughs, first-day check-ins, and employee retention programs.
- Track attendance, maintain employee records, and support weekly payroll processing.
- Partner with client leadership to address daily staffing needs and resolve employee relations issues.
- Ensure compliance with company values and safety standards across all operations. What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1+ years in high-volume recruiting, staffing, HR, or account management preferred.
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with candidates and client leaders.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with a fast learning curve for recruiting software and tools.
- High-energy, adaptable, and comfortable working in a light industrial or operational setting.
