Our practice combines high-level clinical care with a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel supported from their very first interaction. We are looking for a polished, highly organized, and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys patient interaction, and answers the phone with a smile. This is not simply a receptionist role — we are looking for someone who can help create an outstanding first impression while also guiding prospective patients into the consultation process and supporting long-term patient retention. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Patient Experience Greet patients warmly and professionally Manage patient check-in/check-out processes Answer incoming calls and patient inquiries Support scheduling and daily office flow Maintain a polished and organized front office environment Med Spa Recall & Retention Conduct proactive outreach to existing patients for recurring treatments Support appointment rebooking and retention initiatives Help maintain strong provider schedules through patient follow-up Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a medical office, med spa, or customer service environment required.
