We are a private, nonprofit Community Action Agency committed to our mission of "creating opportunities for people and communities to reduce poverty and increase self-sufficiency." Administrative Assistant - Weatherization - Oshkosh ADVOCAP's Weatherization Department is accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant for our Oshkosh office. This position will communicate work schedules to participants. Assist the Production Manager in planning and organizing work schedules. Create electronic and physical files for new applicant records. Track Weatherization program jobs in progress and provide general administrative support for weatherization work crews.
