Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office or department Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with attention to detail and priority Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain organized filing systems Assist with logistics planning and scheduling for various projects or events Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth information flow Support data entry, record keeping, and document management tasks Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance to meet deadlines consistently Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and workflows Requirements Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably with a strong background in logistics and scheduling Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling software is preferred Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus This position is an essential part of our team, supporting operational efficiency through effective administrative practices.
