) We are looking for a dependable, organized individual to join our office team. This position will initially focus on supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of Prorok Septic Services and our trucking operations, with the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities over time. This is a flexible 30-40 hour-per-week position. The ideal candidate is comfortable answering phones, working with paperwork and online systems, and shifting between tasks as priorities change. Primary Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, with a large portion related to Prorok Septic Services Assist customers by gathering information, answering basic questions and directing calls appropriately Accurately record customer information and service requests Review and process light trucking paperwork Complete online data entry and required DNR reporting for Prorok Septic Services Scan, file and organize office documents Assist with general office and administrative tasks Communicate with drivers, technicians, customers and other members of the office team Help ensure paperwork and required reporting are completed accurately and on time Opportunity for Growth This position has the potential to grow based on the employee's skills, interests and performance.

Customer billing and payment processing Accounts payable or accounts receivable Additional accounting and bookkeeping support Payroll-related administrative work Scheduling and dispatch support Creating and improving office procedures Taking greater ownership of administrative functions across our businesses Previous accounting experience is not required for the initial role, but an interest in learning billing, bookkeeping or other financial responsibilities would be a plus.
