Job Description

Leedstone, a trusted dairy equipment dealer serving the agricultural community, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented full-time Administrative Assistant to support our Sparta, WI location. This role plays a key part in assisting with keeping daily operations running smoothly while supporting our team, customers, and projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with departmental projects, inquiries, and tracking progress to ensure timely completion
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
  • Collaborate with team members across locations and departments
  • Prepare, complete, and distribute reports and business documents
  • Support walk-in customers with counter sales
  • Maintain and update Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Accurately enter jobs and manage related documentation in ERP
  • Coordinate and process customer billing and invoices
  • Manage parts warranty administration
  • Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable data entry; Perform bank deposits
  • Perform timesheet preparation and maintenance
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Coordinate team activities and support daily operations at the location
  • Manage and order office supplies
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Prioritize tasks effectively while working independently and meeting deadlines
  • Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems preferred
  • Knowledge or interest in the dairy or agricultural industry helpful What We're Looking For
