Job Description
About the Role We're looking for a motivated and dependable Administrative Support team member to join our growing company. This position will work closely with our Office Manager and team leads to learn day-to-day operations while providing administrative support across multiple areas of the business. This is a hands-on role where no two days are exactly the same. You'll help keep the office running smoothly, support our customers, assist with shipping operations, and work alongside a collaborative team. Responsibilities Provide administrative support for daily office operations Work alongside the Office Manager and team leads to learn and eventually take ownership of key administrative responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally Assist with customer service and order-related communication Support shipping, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination Maintain accurate records, data entry, and filing systems Help organize office supplies and assist with general office organization Assist with various operational projects and administrative tasks as needed Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Pitch in wherever needed to support the team's success What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative Reliable, dependable, and a positive team player Comfortable learning new software and computer systems Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is preferred but not required Recent college graduates, as well as candidates with administrative, customer service, or office experience, are encouraged to apply. Physical Requirements Primarily an office-based position Occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to assist in the warehouse or shipping area when needed Why Join Us?
