Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, physician orders, and community policies. Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time. Monitor resident conditions and intervene as needed to ensure health and safety. Lead & Support the

Mentor new staff and share knowledge with team members. Collaborate with families and other departments to meet holistic care goals. Represent the nursing team positively in community events and care conferences. What You Bring to the Table (Besides Your Clinical Skills & Big Heart) ✔

Licensure & Credentials:

Active RN or LPN license in the state of employment required. CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire). ✔

Experience & Skills:

Previous experience in skilled nursing or senior living preferred but not required. Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure while leading others. ✔

Physical Requirements:
