Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily activities and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. Duties Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry tasks accurately using spreadsheets and productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Word processing tools Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and maintaining a professional reception area Organize files, documents, and correspondence through effective filing systems and digital record keeping Assist with office management duties such as supply inventory, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office logistics Provide customer support by addressing client questions via phone or email, ensuring positive communication and service quality Experience Proven clerical experience in an office environment with strong computer literacy skills Familiarity with office management tasks including filing, scheduling, and data entry Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for document creation, spreadsheets, and proofreading. We will train you to use an electronic medical record.
