Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will oversee all operations. The position is full-time (40 hours/week), Monday-Friday, between the hours of 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Hours will vary based on center staffing needs.
Job Duties:
Program Operations Assist in managing employees and daily operations. Schedule classroom coverage. Manage staff time off requests. Collaborate with Administrative Coordinator on staff disciplinary matters. Recruit and hire new employees. Ensure child and guest sign-in/sign-out records are accurate.Financial Operations:
Manage payroll administration to outside vendors. Create and submit purchase requisitions to Accountant. Respond to parent financial inquiries. Continuously evaluate organization performance to find efficiencies. Analyze business and financial trends to find potential cost reduction efficiencies. Owner Partnerships Partner with Owners to develop strategic, financial, and business plans. Deliver monthly program operations and parent communication updates to owners. Act as a resource for Owners with daily operational questions or concerns. Other duties as assigned.Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree in business management or associate's degree in early childhood education preferred. 3+ years in business management, administration, early childhood or related field required. Early childhood education experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to plan and coordinate work independently balancing multiple work demands in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to hold oneself accountable for actions, successes, and failures. Ability to be flexible in the work environment and willing and able to adapt to changing organizational needs. Must have a positive, enthusiastic attitude that promotes successful collaboration and teamwork. Possesses a professional demeanor that represents the mission and strategic goals and objectives of the organization.Benefits:
