We currently have 20 offices in Wisconsin with yearly revenue of 150 million. We have a need for a full time person for our West Allis/Brookfield areas. Monday- Friday 1st shift. We can offer some schedule flexibility. Lots of opportunity to advance. Job Summary We are experiencing tremendous growth and can adjust this position to fit someones primary skill set. This position will involve lots of direct contact with internal staff and client interaction. It will also include phone work, greeting candidates, report generation, managing marketing programs and assisting with weekly payroll. Must love to multi-task, have strong computer skills and be organized. Duties (can include) Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and directing calls Perform data entry tasks using spreadsheets to maintain organized records Prepare, proofread, and process correspondence, reports, and documents Maintain filing systems—both electronic and paper—to ensure quick retrieval of information Perform verifications (IDS, I9's, employment, etc) Support office management activities such as supply ordering, calendar coordination, and meeting arrangements Assist with weekly payroll Manage and oversee various job boards for company(Indeed, Zip recruiter, etc Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong computer skills Ability to Multi task and handle stressful situations Bilingual abilities are a plus (English and Spanish) Demonstrated organizational skills Some experience in marketing or accounting Attention to detail in proofreading, data entry, and document management Strong time management skills Personal assistant experience or previous office experience is advantageous #skl1
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
