About us Lake Geneva Outdoors designs and installs premium outdoor living systems — motorized exterior screens, porch enclosures, retractable awnings, aluminum pergolas, and patio covers — for some of the finest homes and businesses in SE Wisconsin and Illinois. We're a growing, partner-led company, and we're hiring our first dedicated office team member to help us run a tight, professional operation as we scale. The role This is the hub of our day-to-day. You'll be the person who helps keep jobs moving, customers informed, and the back office in order — the organized, friendly voice our clients rely on and the operator who makes sure nothing slips through the cracks during our busy season. You'll use our project management software and become the go-to for keeping the back-end operation on track. There's lots of growth potential here. What you'll do Customer communication — answer calls and emails, schedule appointments, send project updates, and follow up on quotes and post-install questions with warmth and professionalism. Job coordination — enter and track jobs in our project software, coordinate schedules with our installers and subcontractors, and keep project details organized. Back-office support — send invoices and follow up on payments, coordinate with vendors, and handle general data entry and filing. - Communicate professionally and warmly — both in writing and on the phone.
- Pick up new software quickly (we'll train you on our tools).
- Can juggle several moving pieces during a busy season without dropping details.
- Take ownership and iniative.
- Have a start-up mentality and are looking for a company to grow with. Nice to have (not required)
- Experience in a contractor, home-services, or construction office.
- Familiarity with Jobber, QuickBooks Online, CompanyCam, or marketing.
