Household Assistant (Part-Time)

Flexible days and times About the Role We are assisting one of our members in finding a dependable Household Assistant to help with a variety of household and community-based tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others maintain an organized, comfortable home and appreciates building positive relationships. The ideal candidate will be kind, honest, reliable, and flexible with assigned tasks. Some duties may involve light lifting. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. What You'll Help With Responsibilities may include: Light housekeeping, including vacuuming and mopping Changing bed linens Grocery shopping and running errands Picking up prescriptions Assisting with other household tasks as needed Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Kind and compassionate Reliable and punctual Comfortable communicating clearly and consistently Respectful of working in someone's home Comfortable around dogs Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of tasks Able to perform light lifting as needed In possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Additional Information No money is exchanged within the home. All payroll and payment responsibilities are managed by a fiscal agent. This is a part-time position averaging 3.5 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
