Office Support Specialist

About Us We operate a fast-paced group of companies including A-Line Roll Off (dumpster rentals), Stocor (portable storage), and several independent property rental companies. We are looking for a reliable, flexible team member to help manage orders and administrative tasks across these distinct business lines.

Key Responsibilities Logistics Support:

Take calls, process orders, and manage basic payments for A-Line Roll Off and Stocor. This will also include daily dispatching/routing for the drivers of A-Line Roll Off.

Property Coordination:

Assist in putting together lease documents and handling maintenance scheduling for our property rental companies.

Office Support:

General administrative tasks as needed to assist existing staff.

Schedule & Flexibility Hours of Operation:

Our office is open daily from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Shift Flexibility:

Applicants must have the flexibility to cover opening or closing shifts as business needs change.

Career Growth:

This position will begin as Part-Time but is designed for a candidate interested in growing into a Full-Time role.
