Handle data entry tasks using spreadsheets, word processing, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to maintain accurate records. Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff members or executives, ensuring optimal time management. Support clerical duties including filing, proofreading documents, preparing reports, and maintaining organized office files. Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes when needed. Provide general administrative support including organizing supplies, managing office inventory, and assisting with special projects to enhance overall office productivity. Qualifications Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new technical tools or software. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for proofreading, data entry, and filing tasks. Exceptional communication skills both over the phone and in person; bilingual abilities are a plus. Experience using multi-line phone systems and handling front desk responsibilities confidently. Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles such as medical or dental receptionist is advantageous.
