Job Description

Front Desk Assistant We're seeking a professional, organized, and reliable Front Desk Assistant to support daily office operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors and plays a key part in keeping the office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.
What You'll Be Doing:
Greet visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner and maintain a welcoming front office environment. Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls accurately and maintaining proper phone etiquette at all times. Handle appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff and management. Perform data entry, filing, document preparation, and proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization. Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate orders with vendors as needed. Assist with bookkeeping support tasks such as basic invoicing and record keeping. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, photocopying, scanning, and general office organization. Provide administrative support including typing correspondence, managing emails, and assisting with special projects. Support team members with general office and personal assistant tasks when required.
What You Must Bring:
Previous experience in an office administration, receptionist, or clerical role preferred. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) . Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining professional and efficient. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, dependable demeanor. Professional appearance and strong communication skills are essential.
Compensation:
