FamilyCare is looking for a Grant Program Administrator Position Summary The Grant Program Administrator plays a pivotal role in advancing FamilyCare Health Centers' mission by securing funding from private foundations, corporations, and government sources. This position combines persuasive writing skills with strong project management abilities to ensure successful grant submissions, compliance, and reporting. The role also includes managing the grant lifecycle in DonorPerfect, our donor and grants management system. Key Responsibilities Grant Writing & Development Research, identify, and qualify potential grant opportunities aligned with organizational priorities. Write, edit, and submit compelling proposals, letters of inquiry, and supporting documents. Collaborate with program staff and leadership to gather data, success stories, and program outcomes for proposals. Develop and maintain a grants calendar to track application deadlines, reporting dates, and renewal opportunities. Create persuasive, clear, and mission-driven narratives that resonate with funders. Grant Management in DonorPerfect Enter, track, and update all grants and funding opportunities within DonorPerfect. Maintain accurate records of proposals, awards, reporting deadlines, and correspondence. Generate grant activity reports for leadership, board members, and auditors. Ensure timely submission of progress and final reports through automated reminders and workflow tracking in DonorPerfect. Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile grant payments, reporting requirements, and deliverables. Relationship Management Cultivate relationships with foundation and corporate funders. Support stewardship efforts, including acknowledgement letters, impact reports, and donor updates. Represent FamilyCare Health Centers in meetings with funders as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or related field. 2+ years of proven grant writing experience; healthcare or human services experience preferred. Familiarity with DonorPerfect or similar CRM/grants management systems. Strong research, writing, and editing skills with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools a plus.
