Modern office setting Growth opportunities Relaxed atmosphere Medical Assistant/Receptionist Tri State Medical is a full-service, independent, and locally owned Durable Medical Equipment Provider located in Weirton, WV. We provide home medical, respiratory and sports bracing with complete education on use and maintenance; with billing to health insurance. We are a leader in the community by providing quality care, compassion, and dignity for the daily living of our patients. We are seeking a front office/customer service representative to join our team! Knowledge of ankle, foot, and knee bracing is a plus!

  • Provides coordination of care to provide equipment and education on use and maintenance of equipment to customers/patients on a daily basis.
  • Performs administrative and clerical functions to ensure efficient operation of office and superior service to customers/patients.
  • Ensures that all policies and procedures are followed in accordance with state and federal regulations governing Durable Medical Equipment provider.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all customer/patient information including but not limited to medical records, client medical histories, client charts, etc., according to company policies and procedures, while maintaining an atmosphere of respect toward clients and staff members at all times.
  • Must have superier customer service skill, both in person and over the telephone, to work with customers/patients, healthcare providers and health insurance provider to provide the best outcome/service to our custmers and referral sources.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management .
