Duties and pay will vary based on whether the applicant is seeking full-time or part-time employment, as well as their level of experience. The full-time role includes the responsibilities listed below, plus project management, executive assistant support, and basic accounting tasks.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Receptionist duties. Manipulate Canva templates. Support sales associates. Maintain files to ensure all changes generated are posted. Ensure accuracy and timely preparation of all paperwork, records and reports. Distribute and process mail. Greet visitors.
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of real estate contracts and transaction paperwork preferred. Strong computer skills; proficient in Google Workspace and Canva. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone and front-desk presence. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently. Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail, particularly with files, records, and reports. Solid interpersonal skills with a customer service focus and the ability to work as part of a team.
