Discover how you can grow with us at www.dinsmore.com. Dinsmore is seeking an Office Services Clerk at its Wheeling, WV location. This position reports to the Regional Office Administrator. We seek candidates who are dependable and proactive, have a positive attitude, are adaptable and flexible, have a team-oriented mindset, are self-motivated and able to work independently, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide relief reception coverage Prepare offices and workstations for new hires and departing employees, including computer and telephone setup Order and stock office supplies Perform hand deliveries and court filings Process daily mail Issue emergency checks Assist with office moves Assist with the planning and execution of office events Support the receptionist, administrative assistants, and attorneys with a broad range of requests, including copying, scanning, and monitoring faxes Perform other administrative and office services duties as assigned Requirements Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office technology Ability to troubleshoot office and videoconferencing equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Experience in supporting attorneys and professional staff preferred Knowledge of courthouse procedures and legal office operations is preferred Ability to lift and transport office supplies, files, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Experience with legal document handling Demonstrate confidentiality and discretion Equal Opportunity Employer
