Job Description

Job Summary:
Provides assistance to Retirement Plan Trust Officer in account file management services. Assists with daily administration of employee benefit accounts including 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plans. Primary Duties /
Responsibilities:
Support the Retirement Plan Trust Officer with retirement plan administration and servicing. Assist with recordkeeping, including contributions, distributions, and other account transactions. Maintain accurate account files and documentation. Perform account reconciliation, monitoring, and identify discrepancies. Respond to routine inquiries from clients, plan sponsors, and participants. Prepare reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and other retirement plan documentation. Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and applicable retirement plan systems. Maintain confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Excellent Customer Service Skills Solid verbal and written communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail working with numerals and financial data. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent organizational skills This is a Full-Time Position Hilltop Bank is an EEO Employer No established salary range
