A Technology Infrastructure, Engineering, and Communications company is seeking a mature, dependable, and detail-oriented General Office Assistant to support daily operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. What We're Looking For The General Office Assistant provides general administrative and clerical support, and assisting with data entry to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of an office. They are crucial for maintaining office organization, managing communication, and supporting staff by handling a variety of organizational and logistical duties. Responsibilities Assist managers (Project, Estimating, Office) with documentation deliverables. Assist with payroll Reviewing timecards Contacting techs on discrepancies Run timecard reports for share point Confirm OT with PM's Coordinate and Assist with Technician/Team Meetings Create meeting content Invite team members Meeting minutes Send summary Assist Employee/Technician Onboarding Purchase Orders Vehicle maintenance and reporting Assist estimating take-off's Safety topics/log reporting Expense/Mileage reports Managing Files Ordering Supplies Warehouse maintenance Organizing storage Organize, track and maintain company assets (tools, equipment, vehicles, etc…) What's In It for You?
