Screening Technician

Job Title:

Office Technician / Screening Specialist Provides administrative and client support in a fast-paced office. Duties include fingerprinting, drug screenings, and TB testing per company and regulatory standards. Manages computer systems for data entry, scheduling, and records maintenance. Ensure all documentation is accurate and confidential. Assists clients with screenings and responds to inquiries for smooth experience. Maintains office organization, monitors equipment, and reports technical issues as needed. Maintains professionalism and strictly follows confidentiality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electronic fingerprinting
• Administer drug screenings
• Conduct and record TB tests
• Manage client data and records
• Schedule appointments and assist walk-ins
• Operate office equipment and computers
• Provide positive customer service
• Ensure compliance with policies, including strict non-disclosure of client information

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour
