Job Description
ESP Associates, Inc. is seeking a HiCAMS / Office Technician in Charlotte, NC. This position will ensure all HiCAMS related functions are compliant with contract agreements, standards and specifications.
Responsible for HiCAMS function including processing monthly and final estimates, checking calculations, resolving pay record and material quantity discrepancies, researching project documents, and processing material prepayments.
Process and enter all project data into the HiCAMS system on a routine basis, which includes project pay records, Supplemental Agreements, and Materials Received Reports (MMRs).Additional duties include creating requisitions for managing inventory, administering payroll / time entry in the SAP system, processing reports in SAP, reviewing project budgets in SAP, and reviewing contractors certified payrolls for FHWA compliance and scheduling.
Must have experience in Contract Administration including an understanding of Contracts, Plans, Standards, and Specifications.
Working knowledge of computer equipment (iPads, desktop), software (HiCAMS and SharePoint), computer platforms (Microsoft Office Suite), and mathematical functions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage and maintain multiple projects and deadlines.
Candidate must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the companys driving (MVR) policy.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Associate degree in an applicable area of Engineering Technology, Survey Technology or a related curriculum from an appropriately accredited institution and two (2) years of progressive technician level experienceMust have experience utilizing HiCAMS to enter and keep track of project data.Must have experience in Contract Administration including an understanding of Contracts, Plans, Standards, and Specifications.
