Job Description
This position will be located primarily on the OCH campus in Monroe, supporting Faculty and Academic Program areas such as Medical Office Administration, Human Services, Paralegal, and Criminal Justice programs. Essential Duties Summary Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, sorting mail, and data entry. Assist with special projects, prepare correspondence, and maintain office organization. Help peers with navigating online systems, accessing labs, or providing information about office procedures. Required Qualifications Professional phone etiquette and written communication skills. Ability to use basic computer applications like Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to manage sensitive information, often involving FERPA regulations.
