Free to Live (FTL) requires a highly reliable, motivated, hard-working technician to support the mission. The primary responsibility of the Office Technician is to provide a clean and pleasing environment for visitors to the facility by sanitizing the office daily, answer phones and take messages, check in volunteers and community service, and care for office dogs at the direction of the supervisors. The Office Technician will interact with donors, visitors, volunteers, court ordered community service, and fellow staff. Job:
Sweep, mop, and wipe down surfaces in the office, break room, and office animal spaces daily Walk office dogs Answer phone calls and return messages Assist donors, volunteers, and visitors to the facility Check in volunteers and oversee new volunteer processes Log in-kind donations as needed Take out office trash Scoop front yard of dog waste regularly Organizing of donated items as needed Provide excellent customer service to anyone who calls or visits Free to Live Work in a team dynamic and autonomously
Schedule:
This is a set schedule position with the hours as follows: Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
