Job Description

Build Your Technical Expertise. Solve Problems. Own Your Work. Are you naturally curious about how things work ? Do you enjoy troubleshooting, fixing problems, and figuring out the why behind an issue? Fraser is looking for a hands-on Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain customer equipment in the field. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, working independently, and continually building their skills. You'll receive ongoing training, technical resources, service support, and the tools you need to become an expert at the equipment you service.
What You'll Do:
Diagnose and repair equipment using mechanical/electrical knowledge and technical resources Perform preventative maintenance and service procedures Manage your daily service calls independently Troubleshoot problems and focus on getting it right the first time Document repairs and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams Explain technical issues and completed work professionally Participate in ongoing technical and product training
What We're Looking For:
Technical school training, military electronics experience, or comparable hands-on technical experience Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude Natural troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Ability to read and apply technical information and service procedures Strong organization and time-management skills Professional customer-service and communication skills Ability to work independently in customer locations Valid driver's license Willingness to learn new equipment and technology Ability and willingness to drive and travel approximately 90% of the workday Ability to frequently lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
