Job Description

The Role Two Brothers Painting is growing, and we need an Office Assistant who is comfortable with tech and ready to hit the ground running. This is a dedicated in-office role where you'll be the main point of contact for our customers.
What You'll Do Scheduling:
Keeping our team busy by setting up and confirming estimate appointments.
Project Prep:
Helping clients pick their colors and making sure all the little details are ready for the crew.
Lead Follow-ups:
Proactively calling leads to check in on estimates and get jobs on the books.
Office Support:
Teaming up with Lisa to keep things running smoothly, from stocking supplies to general office help. Details You must be tech-savvy and comfortable learning our scheduling and communication systems. You enjoy a fast-paced environment and at least 20 hours of work a week. You're a local who wants to work in our Narragansett office.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
