As‑Needed / On‑Call Support About the Role We are looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented Office Support & Media Tech Assistant to provide part‑time, in‑office support in our Arlington/Clarendon location. This role is ideal for someone who lives nearby and can work flexible hours as needed while supporting office operations, media technology setup, and basic training or programming assignments. Responsibilities Provide general office support including filing, organizing materials, and assisting staff Set up, operate, and troubleshoot media and audiovisual equipment for meetings and training sessions Assist with simple programming or technical assignments as needed Support training activities by preparing materials and ensuring equipment is ready Complete small office, tech, or project‑based assignments as requested Maintain an organized workspace and ensure equipment is properly stored and updated Work closely with team members to resolve administrative or technical issues Requirements Must live near Arlington/Clarendon and be able to work on‑site Availability for 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility for as‑needed scheduling Basic knowledge of media equipment (projectors, cameras, microphones, conferencing tools) Familiarity with simple programming concepts or willingness to learn Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Good communication and customer service skills Preferred Skills Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Comfort with troubleshooting technology Experience supporting training or workshops What We Offer Flexible part‑time schedule Hands‑on experience with media tech and office operations Opportunities to learn new technical and administrative skills Supportive team environment
