Spinal Decompression Tech/Office Manager — Genesis Back & Neck (Kenosha, WI)

Job Type:

Full-time (34 hours/week)

Pay:

$20-$22/hour (based on experience)

October 5th Are you a driven, dedicated professional with a passion for helping people feel better? Genesis Back & Neck in Kenosha, WI is hiring a Decompression Tech to join our team. We help patients find relief from back and neck pain — and avoid unnecessary drugs and surgery — using state-of-the-art spinal decompression technology. What You'll Do Administer spinal decompression treatments using the DRX 9000, helping patients recovering from bulging and herniated discs Engage directly with patients, manage patient flow, and create a welcoming, supportive office experience Keep accurate treatment notes and track patient progress Answer phones and communicate clearly with patients about what to expect Support front desk operations and help the office run smoothly Who You Are Empathetic and patient-centered — you genuinely enjoy helping people A strong communicator who's comfortable on the phone and in person Skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment without missing a beat Sales or customer service experience is a plus Bring good energy — positive, coachable, and a true team player Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving instincts Reliable transportation required Details Full-time, 34 hours/week

Hours:

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday's 7:30am-6pm and Tuesday's 1:30pm-6pm.

Start date:
