Responsibilities Schedule upgrades to Microsoft operating systems. Troubleshoot failed and missing Microsoft operating system updates and security patches. Investigate failed 3rd party security patches and updates. Document and share troubleshooting methods and solutions. Assist in delivery and setup of computer hardware at multiple Fort Smith, AR campus locations. Assist with minor computer support tasks. Assist in the process of salvaging computer equipment including documenting salvage items and placement in a shipping container. Assist in the process of receiving new and used equipment, including documenting items and transporting them to storage. Other duties and projects, as assigned.

Requirements Education:

Currently pursuing a college degree.

Experience:

No prior experience necessary

Computer Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, preferred

This is a part-time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.
