Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid break, two 15-minute paid breaks)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Receiver to support our campus operations by efficiently receiving, sorting, and delivering packages. This role requires experience with handheld scanners, as well as the ability to transport large equipment and supplies using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and furniture dollies.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and scan incoming packages into the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Sort packages based on specific delivery codes for distribution. Deliver large equipment and supplies to various departments across campus. Handle and distribute priority mail flats and packages efficiently. Load and unload university truck and operate lift gate (does not drive and will not drive.)

Qualifications & Requirements:

Prior experience in receiving and delivering packages. Proficiency in using a handheld scanner for tracking shipments. Ability to safely operate a pallet jack, hand truck, and furniture dolly. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Lift up to 50 lbs (heavier loads are handled with team lifts.)
