TMG is looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic team players interested in a career rather than just a job. Responsibilities:
Manage and process all materials received in the Mail Center. Per SOP, perform task for digital mail. (sort mail by recipient, Prep mail for scanning and using a proprietary solution scan into the proper mail department queue. Provide customer service at the Mailroom service window during core business hours. Using Raysecure, Inspect deliveries for suspicious or threatening items. Prepare and process outbound Domestic and International shipments using Fedex shipping management systems. Control inbound and outbound accountable packages. Weighs packages and determines postage. Operate Postage machine to process mail. Sort parcels for shipping and receiving. Prepare items for processing, shipment or transportation. Maintains time, volume and delivery records. Re-stock supplies throughout the office. Order office supplies and help to maintain inventory sheets. Provides general administrative and clerical assistance. Perform regular "sweeps" of the workspace(s) to identify areas/items/equipment/materials in need of repair, replacement, or upgrade. Report all issues to the PayPal Facility Manager. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have a HS diploma 1-2 years prior Mail Services experience in an office environment. Proficiency with Microsoft office applications and good communication skills. General knowledge of international shipping including custom paperwork. Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team and service oriented; builds strong working relationships. Exhibits exceptional customer service skills. Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and attitude. Proven ability to remain calm under pressure; resilient. Sound judgment and problem-solving ability. Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing work environment. Assertive and resourceful; motivated; willing to ask questions and take initiative without direction. Must work well under pressure with minimal supervision. Must be customer focused and display a professional demeanor.
